Acolytes
Recruitment, training and scheduling of acolytes who
assist the priest with worship services, holidays and
special programs. Chair: Jean Scopinich
Altar Guild
Prepares the altar for all worship services, weddings,
special events. Maintains the linens, vestments and
sacred vessels. Chair:
Choir
Church members who provide the choral accompaniment for worship services. Chair: Fr. Ron Wickey
ECW (Episcopal Church Women)
This is St. Mark's chapter of the Episcopal Church's program for women. All female members of St. Mark's
are considered members. Chair: Helen Horton
Sewing Group - meetings are Thursday at noon. Chair: Jeanne Fedak
Lay Eucharistic Ministers
Assist the Celebrant, after training, in distributing the sacrament. They bring communion to shut-ins, conduct
prayer services when and where appropriate.
Ushers
Recruitment, training and scheduling of ushers for Chair: Kurt Hofmann
Sunday worship, holidays and programs. Ushers
hand out leaflets, assist with seating and the collection.
Riverhead Nutrition Program
Volunteers prepare and serve a meal twice a month on a Monday and a Wednesday. Chair: Carol Johns (Monday)
